Learn to take better pictures, learn about Boston, improve your English skills, and have fun with other students in this relaxed elective!
The class will meet twice per week, On Tuesday it will meet from 2-5 pm. After a brief lesson the group will go a Boston neighborhood or historic site (The North End, Harvard Square, Beacon Hill, etc.) to take pictures. On Thursday between 2 and 4 pm the group will view and discuss the pictures taken during the outside visit.
Everyone is welcome - as long as you like taking pictures, like talking about pictures, and want to enjoy seeing Boston through the eye of your camera.
The instructor, Ray Bartlett, is a professional travel writer who has also taught ESL for several years at Boston University. He will help you learn how to take great pictures!
Get ready to say “Cheese!”
For students in intensive 30 this class may be chosen as their elective. For students in the Intensive 20 or 25, the cost of this class will be $140 for each two weeks.
